I liked earlier because phone customer service and for that purpose customer for long period of time

I was referred to this service to receive a job verification letter. I received a letter; however, I did not notice that the service began charging me monthly for a subscription I’ve never signed up for. I am trying to call them to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but there is no answer, and I get a disconnect.

I never authorized you to charge me every month. I need my money back. I've been charged every month and I have not authorized it.

Only a bogus recording. You only get a recording when calling this number you would not speak to a live person.

It sounds like its only a bogus mess to me when someones wanting to speak to someone due to a complaint. You need to have a live person instead of a recording telling you to call another number.
