I have tried every month for several months to cancel this account. I've tried chats several times, emails twice, and even tried the phone number, which is just a recording telling you to go to the website. To say I'm upset is putting it mildly.

It is hard to navigate your system, which makes it hard to unsubscribe.
Automated systems didn't address any of my queries. Your customer service.

Verified ReviewerResolved: They Have Tried to Charge Me 3 times
It seems as though they do this to consumers on a regular basis and the CEO of the company either does not care or is not aware that they are fraudently taking money from peoples' bank accounts even ones that never signed up for the service and it needs to stop.
Then, when I logged into my account, it says to reactivate it, and they want me to spend money to open it again. This further proves that my account is inactive.
I have called customer support over 7 times and have provided substantial documentation three times, including my debit card information, the attempted transactions and anything they have asked for, and it is still happening. And obviously I am not the only person that this keeps happening to because they have done this to others pert the internet grievances at Pissed Consumer for example. I have also talked to Jasmine inside chat and even attempted to reach out to their CEO Sathvik (Vik) Tantry-Co-Founder and CEO at FormSwift and have gotten nowhere.
I only have one account with them, but Jasmine accused me of having several, which is a lie because they keep trying to take money from the same bank account. When I said I was going to contact the Attorney General's office, Jasmine perceived it as a joke which is even more disturbing. Brooklyn and Bernice have responded by email and Brooklyn wanted to state that the issue was resolved, but that is not true because they tried to take out the money this morning after they claimed they escalated it. When I talked to Troy this morning (June 24), he gave me the excuse of it already being escalated and if he did it again, it would slow down the process, which is another lie because nothing has been done.
This is the only part of the conversation that I can share, but it proves that they have been trying to take $37.00 since June 19, and it happened again this morning.
I have filed with the Attorney General's office in San Francisco this morning

I unsubscribe 2mos ago u.still taking 37 every Month. I will notify Better Business as well as my credit card company.
You all take advantage of seniors and then allow no phone contact.
You got 2mos pay @ $37 that's $74 please return my money. I also made a report with my police dept

They stole all my money. $17 is all I had to my name and they charged me $1695.
I have never even heard of them before. I don't use Dropbox. I have no idea how they got my info.
I want my money back. Also, they want to charge me $1 to fix it.

I have too many charges … and I’m still being charged
Please disregard a website hacked my debit card the same time and day I paid Formswift for their services I thought it was part of Formswift and I was continuing to be charged. My bank alerted me to the extra charges and stopped them after I researched the charges.
