It is hard to navigate your system, which makes it hard to unsubscribe.
Automated systems didn't address any of my queries. Your customer service.
Still trying to unsubscribe also to stop fees from being deducted from my account.

I canceled 2 account on Aug. 28, once canceled you have no access.

I Just found out I was still being charged, called was told I should have done it, how would I know to do something I already thought was done. Very poor customer service the system isn't customer friendly.

I never could get a person on the phone. Our credit card was charged for 3 months because no one would respond. My husband used this website complete a bill of sale for a boat. He could not get it off our credit card so I finally put a block on future charges. I would like to have a credit for 2 months which we did not use. The right thing to do is credit our Amex card.

They won't let you speak with alive person. They want you to fill out a form for a refund and charge $14.95 They charge me twice for this service. Bottom line the company is very unprofessional.

Overall experience was positive since I was able to have my issue resolved. However, I find it quite misleading to advertise "free" legal documents and in the end have to choose which "plan" I want to purchase.
