Horrible company. Cant get a hold of anyone.

Canceled my subscription and still being charged. Emailed them all of the info they asked, still being charged.

Disputed 2 charges, just received another one today from them.

I am being billed monthly. I was using this for college but am no longer attending due to working full-time as a teacher.

They wont stop taking money out of my account for a subscription. Ive asked to be canceled several times. They send me an email that says write the words in this area and it wont let me so I cant get a hold of anybody to get my subscription stopped it is so annoying the phone number that they give hangs up on you

I canceled 2 account on Aug. 28, once canceled you have no access.

I Just found out I was still being charged, called was told I should have done it, how would I know to do something I already thought was done. Very poor customer service the system isn't customer friendly.

My wife tried your free trial on my bank account and Ive been charged for about two years. We do not use the service. I cannot afford to pay for the service and it will put me in financial strain if another payment comes out.
